Shooting jewelry can sometimes be tricky. You want the focus to really be on the jewelry but you also have to do the best you can to look the model look amazing, but not to take away from the attention of the subject (the jewelry). It’s all about striking a balance. Below are samples from a recent shoot with a local Hawaiian Pearl and Hawaiian jeweler.
